Twins fall to Thunder Wolves in first game of semester

The Twins hosted the 12 – 1 Niagara County Community College Thunder Wolves this past Saturday in their first game of the new semester.  The Division II Thunder Wolves came out fast scoring 23 points in the first quarter over the Twins 14 points.  Not much would change before halftime as the Twins were down 40 – 26.  The Twins would lose this one by a final score of 86 – 55.  The leading scorer for the Twins was freshman Tanisha Edge with 21 points and nine rebounds.  Freshman All'aha Albright scored 11 points and grabbed six rebounds.  Also contributing was Stacey Cherestal (eight points, seven rebounds) and Shayna Ostrowsky (seven points).  The Twins will play again on Tuesday January 10th at 5pm as they travel to take on the Hudson Valley Community College Vikings.
