Niagara County Community College continued its string of splits - this time against perennially-strong Rowan College of Gloucester County (N.J.) at the Lake Myrtle Complex on Sunday afternoon. The Thunderwolves move to 4-4 on the year.
Niagara CCC 7, RCGC (N.J.) 3
Freshman Nate Chase stayed hot with a solo home run, while classmate Dan George picked up a pair of RBIs and sophomore catcher Brett Helmbrecht went 1-for-1 with an RBI. Freshman right-hander Evan Harof went four innings to earn the win, while freshman lefty Joel Krywcun threw three scoreless innings to pick up his first save.

Freshman outfielder Zarley Cina had two of the T-Wolves' four hits. Classmate Joe Milkowski hit a solo home run.
