SUNY Niagara dropped a pair of games to NJCAA Div. II opponent Kirkwood Community College on Sunday afternoon in Florida. The Thunderwolves are now 7-3 overall heading into Monday's double dip with Waubonsee Community College.

Despite out-hitting Kirkwood, the T-Wolves fell in extras. Freshman Weston Thompson homered and finished with three RBIs and two runs scored. Sophomore Andrew Stillinger had two hits and two RBIs and classmate Steven Merkel was 1-for-2 with two RBIs and two runs scored.
Kirkwood CC 13, SUNY Niagara 3 (6 inn.)
Stillinger was 3-for-3 with a double and an RBI, but it wasn't nearly enough. Freshman Nigel Sebastianelli finished 2-for-3 and sophomore Owen Silliman was 1-for-2 with an RBI.
