Lang finishes T-50 at Nationals

Niagara County Community College freshman Hogan Lang finished in a tie for 50th place at last week's NJCAA Division III Championships hosted by Jamestown CC at Chautauqua Golf Club. There were 87 competitors in the four-day event, which was played at the pictureque 6,559-yard, par-72 layout.

Lang shot rounds of 94, 75, 87 and 81 for a 49-over-par score of 337 strokes. Region III's own Dan Lapp of Tompkins-Cortland CC won the event with a 293 (+5). Vincennes (Ind.) University won the team event.
