Bio

Oleski enters his 12th season as the head coach of the golf program at NCCC. In 2017, the Thunderwolves finished as runner-up at the Region III, Div. III Championships, qualifying its entire starting roster for the NJCAA Div. III Tournament for the first time since 1968. The quintet, comprised of Stone Skeeter, Matt Bourque, Cameron Eddy, Shane Helbig and Zack Fronkowiak, finished in a tie for 6th place after accumulating 1,293 strokes. Helbig became the program's first-ever NJCAA Div. III All-American after finishing in 15th place.

Other individual NJCAA Div. III Tournament qualifiers under Oleski's watch included: Will Lawton (2014), Will Hoffman (2015, 2016), Callum Manderson (2016), Stone Skeeter (2016) and Hogan Lang (2018). Oleski, an avid golfer himself, has helped build the reputation of his program by taking preseason trips down south, entering his players in fall events and setting up a myriad of indoor and outdoor practices throughout the year. He has twice been honored as Region III Coach of the Year (2015 & 2017).

The West Seneca native graduated from Mars Hill (N.C.) University with a bachelor's degree in education and completed his master's degree in sport management from Concordia (Minn.) University, St. Paul. He currently resides with his family in South Buffalo.
