Thunderwolves drop road game at Monroe

Niagara County Community College shot just 36 percent from the field and couldn't overcome an early deficit as it dropped an 89-76 Western New York Athletic Conference road contest at Monroe Community College on Saturday afternoon. The Thunderwolves fell to 20-6 overall and 4-2 in WNYAC play, while MCC improved to 11-11, 3-3.

Sophomore Fode Camara once again led NCCC with 13 points and five rebounds, but was limited to just 20 minutes due to foul trouble. The trio of sophomores Najee Scott and Daunte Watson along with freshman Nigel Scantlebury had 10 points apiece.

Next up for the T-Wolves is their final regular-season home game, slated for 7:30 p.m. Wednesday vs. Genesee Community College.
