Thunderwolves race past MCC

Niagara County Community College opened Western New York Athletic Conference play by knocking off visiting Monroe Community College, 77-60, on Wednesday night. The Thunderwolves improved to 17-4 overall and 1-0 in the conference, while MCC dropped to 8-9, 0-1.

Sophomore Fode Camara led NCCC with 21 points, 10 rebounds and four assists. Classmate Daunte Watson was the only other NCCC player in double figures with 12. In total, 11 Thunderwolves got in the scoring column. 

Next up for N-Trip is a home date with Jamestown Community College. Tip-off is slated for 3 p.m. Saturday.
