Thunderwolves split two games in Michigan

NIagara County Community College split a pair of road tilts against quality NJCAA Div. II MCCAA opponents this past weekend, moving its record to 8-2 overall on the year. The Thunderwolves next take to the hardwood at 7 p.m. Wednesday for a non-conference road game at the University of Pittsburgh at Titusville. 

Niagara CCC 93, Jackson College 76

Freshman William Kondrat finished with 16 points and six rebounds as the T-Wolves pulled away down the stretch. Sophomore Fode Camara had 11 points, nine boards and six assists and classmate Daunte Watson scored 10 points in his first game action of the season.

Henry Ford College 90, Niagara CCC 88

Sophomore Najee Scott netted a game-high 23 points, but it wasn't enough as NCCC dropped a game that featured over 50 fouls and 79 free-throw attempts. Camara added 19 points and eight rebounds and Kondrat scored 15 in the setback.
