NCCC jumps all over Lakers

Niagara County Community College raced out to a 19-point halftime lead en route to a 78-56 road win at Finger Lakes Community College on Tuesday night. The Thunderwolves, ranked No. 5 in the latest NJCAA Div. II poll, are now 8-0 overall.

Sophomore wing David Petit-Homme continued his strong play, finishing with a game-high 18 points. Sophomore point guard Nigel Scantlebury had 12 points and nine assists and sophomore forward William Kondrat added 10 points and six boards.

The T-Wolves are next in action at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 4 at Corning Community College.
