Niagara County Community College had its season come to a close at the NJCAA Div. II East District Tournament hosted by Raritan Valley Community College in Branchburg, New Jersey. The Region III champion Thunderwolves finished their Covid-19 condensed season with an overall record of 11-4.
Garrett College 69, Niagara CCC 64
The freshman trio of Justin Hendrick, Jamond Jones and Allen Fordham each had 10 points, but it wasn't enough to overcome the unbeaten Lakers. Sophomore Kailee White finished with nine points and eight rebounds for NCCC, which shot just 5-for-24 from the 3-point line in the title-game setback.

Freshman Lamar Lovelace had 18 points off the bench as the T-Wolves breezed into the finals. Hendrick stuffed the stat sheet with 11 points, eight boards, five assists and four steals, while Jones chipped in with 11 points. NCCC had 12 different scorers in the semifinal victory.
