Niagara County Community College's struggles continued as it dropped a 5-0 decision to visiting Finger Lakes CC in Region III action Wednesday afternoon. The Thunderwolves trailed just 1-0 at the intermission before a second-half onslaught dropped them to 2-12 overall and 2-10 in regional play.
The hosts were out-shot 23-4 with four players registering one shot apiece. Sophomore goalkeeper Evan Rarick made 12 saves.
NCCC has just two games left in its regular season beginning with a home tilt against Corning CC. Kickoff is set for 5 p.m. Wednesday.
