Niagara County Community College wrapped up its season with a 5-3 Region III loss to host Jefferson CC on Saturday afternoon. The Thunderwolves finished the year 2-13-1.
Trailing 4-0 at the half, NCCC netted three second-half goals but it wasn't enough. Sophomore Grayson Dolata scored twice to increase his season total to a team-best eight tallies. Classmate Jack Manzella also scored off a great dish from freshman Austin Sauer.
Sophomore goalkeeper Evan Rarick made 12 more saves to give him an eye-popping 163 stops on the season.
