T-Wolves tripped up by Erie CC

Visiting Niagara County Community College dropped a 10-0 decision to Region III rival Erie Community College on Wednesday afternoon. It was the fifth consecutive setback for the Thunderwolves, who are now 1-6 overall and 1-5 in regional play.

The Kats, who held a 22-5 edge in shots, scored five goals in each half. Mwibelecca Tumba led the Erie CC offense with a hat trick. The NCCC tandem of Josh Westphal and Robert Siejak combined for eight saves.

Next up for the T-Wolves is a trip to SUNY Adirondack. Action on the pitch gets underway at 2 p.m. Saturday.
