Thunderwolves blanked by Onondaga

Niagara County Community College continued to struggle on the pitch as it dropped a 14-0 Region III decision to host Onondaga Community College on Saturday afternoon. The Thunderwolves, who were out-shot 34-3 in the contest, dropped to 2-7 overall and 2-6 in regional play.

The Lazers had 10 different goal scorers led by Georges Betoubam, who finished with a hat trick. The NCCC goalkeeping tandem of Robert Siejak and Josh Westphal combined to make 20 saves in defeat.

Next up for the T-Wolves is a road tilt at Finger Lakes Community College. Kickoff with the Lakers is set for 3 p.m. Wednesday.
