NCCC runs away from Titusville

All 14 players got on the scoresheet as Niagara County Community College picked up a 111-63 non-conference win at the University of Pittsburgh at Titusville on Sunday afternoon. The Thunderwolves are now 9-0.

Sophomore guards Peyton Butts and Courtney Kaczor along with freshman guard Neraelyn Trueheart each finished with 13 points. Sophomore point guard Alliyah Gillespie had 11 points and four steals, while second-year guard Emily Benes recorded a season-high 10 points and six rebounds. Freshman center Diamond Fedrick notched nine points and 11 rebounds.

Next up for NCCC is a road game at Region III opponent SUNY Broome. Tip is set for 6 p.m. Wednesday.
