Niagara County Community College shot just 32 percent from the field and 19 percent from 3-point range in a 75-63 non-conference setback at Harcum College on Sunday afternoon. The Thunderwolves fell to 2-3 overall, while the Bears improved to 4-7.
Freshman Gabrielle McDuffie led NCCC with 19 points and 10 rebounds, while sophomore Alaina Forbes netted 12 points and classmate Taylor Lockwood chipped in with 11 points and five boards. The T-Wolves led 38-35 at halftime, but scored just 25 points after intermission.
Alexandra Wilkinson had 17 points and 20 rebounds to lead Harcum.
NCCC has a quick turnaround as it hosts Jamestown CC in Region III action at 6 p.m. tonight.
