Niagara County Community College dished out a season-high 26 assists as it rolled to an 84-36 non-conference win at the Community College of Philadelphia on Sunday afternoon. The Thunderwolves improved to 4-2 overall, while the Lions dropped to 1-6.
NCCC freshman Gabrielle McDuffie had a game-high 17 points and eight rebounds, while classmate Ashley Tucker came off the bench to contribute 14 points and seven boards.
Fellow freshman Brianna Beebe netted a career-high 13 points for the T-Wolves, while freshman point guard Aichata Ballo had her first double-double of the season, finishing with 10 points and 10 assists.
Azori Edwards scored 11 points to lead the Lions.
N-Trip returns to the hardwood at 5 p.m. Tuesday for a road tilt at Lorain County Community College.
