Keller wins McMullen Open

Niagara County Community College sophomore Troy Keller went 6-0 to take first place in the 165-pound division at the Ben McMullen Open hosted by Muskegon Community College. The returning NJCAA All-American had four technical falls and a pin among his victories. He is now the school's all-time leader in technical falls with 19. The previous mark was 16 by two-time NJCAA All-American Shay Shive.

Freshman Mark Ohanian (174) and sophomore Sergio Crespo (184) each took fourth place at the event. 

Muskegon Duals

The Thunderwolves split a pair of dual meets, topping host Muskegon (Mich.) CC 23-19 and dropping a 39-9 decision to Lincoln (Ill.) College. In the win, freshman C.J. Walz (133) picked up a big pin and Keller (165) earned a 16-0 technical-fall victory. Crespo, meanwhile, picked up a hard-earned 4-3 decision at 184 pounds.
