Caputo named All-WNYAC

Niagara County Community College sophomore Alexa Caputo was recently named to the All-Western New York Athletic Conference Division III first team.

The forward finished with a team-high 13 goals, 28 points and 59 shots on goal. She also had a pair of hat tricks. Her first three-goal game led to the Thunderwolves' lone win of the year - 6-1 vs. Clinton CC.

Classmate Tara Beach (2 goals, 2 assists) and freshman Cristina Catalano (2 goals, 3 assists) were named to the All-WNYAC Div. III second team.

Erie CC won the regular season WNYAC Div. III championship with head coach Gary Boughton earning Coach of the Years honors.
