Niagara County Community College couldn't keep up with nationally-ranked Corning Community College as the host Red Barons earned an 11-1 Region III victory Wednesday afternoon. The Thunderwolves are now 1-9-1 on the season.
Freshman forward Alexis Fyock scored the lone goal for NCCC. It was the fourth consecutive game Fyock has lit the lamp. She now has five goals and 12 points on the season.
The T-Wolves host Jefferson CC (1 p.m. Saturday) and Erie CC (4 p.m. Sunday) this weekend.
