Wills named All-WNYAC

Niagara County Community College sophomore Lauren Wills was named to the All-Western New York Athletic Conference team at this past weekend's tournament hosted by Genesee Community College. It is the second consecutive season Wills has earned the distinction.

The 5-foot-4 team captain, who routinely played out of position during her two years at NCCC, finished this season with a team-high 409 assists. She also had 70 digs, 41 kills and 25 service aces. 

Jamestown Community College sophomore SallyAnne Rudny was named WNYAC Player of the Year, while Jayhawks coach Ashley Lund earned Coach of the Year honors. JCC also won the tournament to cap a perfect 25-0 regular season.
