Adirondack Softball Dominates in Second Game Against Niagara CC
Queensbury, NY –
After suffering a heavy loss in the first game of their doubleheader against Niagara Community College, the SUNY Adirondack softball team came back strong in the second game, winning 11-2 in a dominant performance.
Maddy Wasserman led the charge for Adirondack, pitching a stellar game, recording five strikeouts, and allowing only two earned runs. Wasserman was equally impressive at the plate, contributing offensively with three hits and driving in five RBIs to help lead the Timberwolves to victory.
In addition to Wasserman's outstanding performance, Samantha Manning played a key role with two hits and two RBIs. Her contributions helped push the Timberwolves ahead and secure the win.
With the victory, SUNY Adirondack improves to 3-12 on the season. They will now look to carry this momentum into their next game against Corning Community College, which will take place on Saturday, April 12 at noon.
