The Erie Kats put their bats to work once again sweeping the Thunderwolves of Niagara County Community College in convincing fashion to go back above .500 in region three.
In game one the Kats blasted 16 hits led by Natalie Witt, Cheyenne Barnard, Olivia Ball and Samantha Wing with three apiece. One of Ball's would be her first home run of the season. Emily Pacheco would contribute two hits with Anna Cervino, Emma Rozborski, Bella Raimondi and Brianna Farnsworth all adding hits.
Barnard and Rozborski split time in the circle with Rozborski getting the win.
In game two the Kats pounded out 21 hits. Natalie Witt, Anna Cervino, Emily Pacheco and Samantha Wing all had three hits with Wing adding six RBI's and Pacheco four. Wing's six RBI's would give her 10 on the day. Emma Rozborski, Brianna Farnsworth and Olivia Ball each had two hits with Anna Cahoon, Bella Raimondi and Cheyenne Barnard also contributing with hits in the Kats outburst.
Emma Rozborski collected her fourth win of the year dominating the Thunderwolves through five innings with seven strikeout while only allowing three hits.
Next up the Kats host Mohawk and Jefferson this weekend.
