Generals Lose Two Straight

Herkimer NY- The Herkimer Generals women's basketball team traveled to SUNY Adirondack Wednesday (2/9) and jumped out ahead of the Timberwolves 30-26 at the half.  Adirondack rallied in the second half to upset the Generals 65-58. 

The Generals were led by Freshman forward Jenna Faulkner (Otego, NY) who turned in another double-double, scoring 18 while pulling down 12 rebounds and adding 4 blocks. Guard Kapri Bradshaw chipped in with 9 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. 

Herkimer returned home on Thursday to take on Divison II, Niagara CC. The Thunderwolves controlled the game from the tip, racking up 91 points on the night, to Herkimer's 53. 

The Generals were once again led by Jenna Faulkner, who had 16 points on the night, with 9 assists and 3 blocks. The Ajla Sedjic(Utica, NY) added 10 points while pulling down 6 rebounds. 

The Generals move to 15-7 on the season and travel to Cayuga CC to take on the Spartans on Monday (2/14).
