Thunderwolves win twice at Cougar Classic

Niagara County Community College improved to 11-2 on the season after a pair of double-digit wins at this past weekend's Genesee Community College Cougar Classic. The T-Wolves close out the first semester with the annual Thunderwolves Classic on Dec. 15 and 16.

Niagara CCC 104, Bryant & Stratton 89

Sophomore Fode Camara had a game-high 24 points and 11 rebounds as the Thunderwolves surged in the second half. Freshman William Kondrat finished with 15 points and seven boards, sophomore Mike Evans netted 11 points and classmate Christian Nodine pulled down 10 rebounds.

Niagara CCC 104, St. John Fisher JV 71

Camara and fellow sophomore Najee Scott split 26 points as NCCC built up a 60-27 edge at halftime and never looked back. Evans added 10 points and freshman Temitrius Wright grabbed 13 boards. All 15 players on the roster scored in the win.
