Niagara County Community College dropped a pair of home Region III contests this past weekend. The Thunderwolves are now 2-12 on the season and wrap up their schedule with a home date against Jamestown CC at 4 p.m. Wednesday.
Jefferson CC 4, Niagara CCC 1
Sophomore Ryan LaRuffa tied the game at 1 heading into halftime after converting a cross from freshman George Ssozi. NCCC couldn't muster anything else, though, as the visiting Cannoneers scored three unanswered goals in the second half.
Erie CC 7, Niagara CCC 0
The T-Wolves had just five shots on net as they lost to the visiting Kats for the second time this season.
