NCCC takes down Hornets

Niagara County Community College jumped out to a 27-3 lead after the opening quarter and never looked back on its way to a 93-32 road victory over SUNY Broome on Tuesday night. The Thunderwolves are now 9-0 on the season.

Sophomore Kenetria Redfern again led the way, netting 30 points to go with eight rebounds and four steals. Freshman Paige Emborsky added 14 points, sophomore Cori Dickson contributed 12 points and six assists, freshman Aubrey Halloran finished with 11 points and six boards and sophomore Shilah Parker had 10 points, eight rebounds and five steals.

Next up, the T-Wolves travel to Michigan to take on Jackson (Fri.) and Henry Ford (Sat.).
