Trailing for a majority of the game, Niagara County Community College was able to out-score host Jamestown Community College 15-8 over the game's final 10 minutes en route to a 65-59 Western New York Athletic Conference victory on Saturday afternoon. The Thunderwolves, ranked No. 12 in the latest NJCAA Div. II poll, improved to 27-0 overall and 8-0 in conference play. JCC dropped to 16-8, 2-5.

Sophomore Shilah Parker led NCCC with a team-high 22 points to go with seven rebounds and four steals. Classmate Kenetria Redfern added 18 points and eight boards and freshman Paige Emborsky had 16 points and five rebounds. All three players scored key buckets over the final two minutes to seal the victory.

Next up for the T-Wolves is another tough road contest at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday when they visit Mercyhurst North East.
