NCCC goes low at Cannoneer Invite
Niagara County Community College tied a school record with 304 total strokes at Friday's Cannoneer Invitational hosted by Jefferson Community College at Highland Meadows Golf Course. The Thunderwolves finished 15 strokes ahead of runner-up Onondaga Community College.
NCCC freshman Sean Barrett picked up his fifth medalist honor of the season after firing an even-par 72. Classmate Leo Camilloni tied for third place with a 76, while the freshman-sophomore tandem of Zac Golibersuch and Cameron Cswaykus each carded a 78. Freshman Zachary Litwin added a 79.
On the women's side, freshman McCarthy Lang shot 100 to take top honors. Her sister, sophomore Kennedy Lang, was runner-up with a 108.
