Niagara County Community College earned two more Region III victories over visiting Tompkins-Cortland Community College on Sunday afternoon. The Thunderwolves improved to 18-13 overall and 14-3 in regional play. N-Trip returns to action at 3 p.m. Thursday for a home date with rival Erie Community College.

NCCC sophomore Maggiemay Murrins was 3-for-4 with three RBIs and three runs scored in the win. Also for the T-Wolves, freshman Jessica Eagan had four RBIs, sophomore Sydnie Luckman was 1-for-2 with three RBIs and sophomore Shelby Wolf finished 1-for-2 with two RBIs and three runs scored. Sophomores Sydney Sexton and Mariah Semple scored three runs each. Freshman Leah Bailey improved to 12-2 in the circle.

Freshman pitcher Emma Rozborski allowed four hits and struck out seven in the shutout victory. Freshman Alexis Ridley went 2-for-3 with four RBIs, while Murrins was 2-for-3 with three RBIs and two runs scored and Sexton was 2-for-3 with two RBIs and three runs scored. Semple and Luckman each went 2-for-3 with an RBI.
