T-Wolves skate past St. John Fisher
SUNY Niagara continued its strong start to the season as it knocked off St. John Fisher University 4-1 in UNYCHL action on Saturday night at the Hyde Park Ice Pavilion. The Thunderwolves are now 2-0 overall.
Brenden Dewey, Arron Comeau, Gavin Cerrillo and Anthony Miller each netted a goal in another balanced effort. Goaltender Mike Mankowski was named Player of the Game by the coaching staff as he stopped 25 shots to earn the win.
The T-Wolves are back in action at 7 p.m. Oct. 19 when they host Erie Community College. It is also the team's annual Breast Cancer Awareness game.
