Golf wins home tourney again
Niagara County Community College won its home Thunderwolves Invitational for the sixth consecutive year this past Saturday at Willowbrook Golf Course. The T-Wolves had a season-low 305 strokes, which was 13 better than second-place Onondaga Community College.
NCCC sophomore Leo Camilloni shot a season-best two-under-par 70 to take medalist honors for the first time this year. Classmate Zac Golibersuch was second with a season-low 74 and sophomore Sean Barrett carded a 77.
Sophomore McCarthy Lang won the women's competition with a season-low 86. It was her seventh win of the season.
N-Trip returns to the links next weekend for tournaments at Jefferson Community College and Herkimer College.
