Barrett is medalist as NCCC wins Lazers Invite

Niagara County Community College sophomore Sean Barrett shot a one-under par 71 to take first place and lead the Thunderwolves to a title at the Onondaga Community College Lazers Invitational on Sunday afternoon at the Par-72 Sunset Ridge Golf Club. NCCC finished with 307 total strokes, which was five clear of second-place Onondaga CC. 

Sophomore Leo Camilloni was third with a 73, while classmate Zac Golibersuch shot a 79.

On the women's side, sophomore McCarthy Lang took medalist honors for the second straight day. Lang fired an 89, which was 11 strokes ahead of her nearest competitor.

The T-Wolves return to action this coming weekend with tournaments set for Mohawk Valley Community College, SUNY Adirondack and Hudson Valley Community College.
