SUNY Niagara wins Hilbert Invite

SUNY Niagara took top honors at the fall Hilbert College Invitational on Thursday. The Thunderwolves had 325 total team strokes at the Par-72 Diamond Hawk Golf Club. 

Sophomore Eliel Rodriguez tied for first place individually with a 79. He was awarded medalist honors after winning a tiebreaker on the fifth hole. 

Freshman Anthony Gagliardi tied for third with an 81, sophomore Teddy Swiech was fifth (82) and the tandem of sophomore Adam Firkins and freshman Finn Graham tied for sixth with matching 83s. Sophomore Ryan Kates rounded out the top 10 with an 85. 

The T-Wolves return to the course for the Hilbert Hawks Open next week at Peek'n Peak Resort.
