Thunderwolves keep on winning

SUNY Niagara used a balanced effort to knock off host Cuyahoga Community College, 75-65, in non-conference action on Wednesday night. The Thunderwolves, ranked No. 19 in the latest NJCAA Div. II poll, improved to 6-0 overall.

Sophomore Jamyier Patton led the charge with 14 points, six rebounds and three steals. Classmate Camron Dyer had 13 points, six boards and two blocks, freshman Chioke Marshall netted 13 points and sophomore Jalen Duff chipped in 10 points, eight rebounds and five steals. 

The Wolves return to action at 6 p.m. Saturday when they take on Lackawanna College as part of the annual SUNY Niagara Tip-Off Classic.
