T-Wolves beat SUNY Adirondack, snap two-game skid

Niagara County Community College snapped a two-game losing streak with a last-minute 2-1 Region III victory at SUNY Adirondack this past Sunday.

The Thunderwolves are now 2-3 on the season, while the host Timberwolves fell to 3-2.

Freshman defender Daniel Bagshaw jumped into the attack in the game's final minute and netted the game winner off a feed from classmate Kyle Rhoads

Freshman striker Jay Yule also scored for N-Trip. Taivier Stewart, another first-year standout, was credited with the assist. 

Freshman goalkeeper Harry Carter picked up his first collegiate win after making six saves.

Justin Bianco scored the lone goal for SUNY Adirondack.

NCCC returns to the pitch at 5 p.m. Wednesday for a key home conference matchup with local rival Erie Community College.
