Thunderwolves fall to MCC in WNYAC action

Niagara County Community College wrapped up its regular-season slate with a 6-3 road loss to NJCAA Division I Monroe Community College on Sunday afternoon.

The Thunderwolves fell to 6-6 overall, while MCC improved to 6-4.

NCCC freshman Jay Yule had a pair of unassisted goals in the loss. He now has 17 goals on the season.

Fellow frosh Daniel Bagshaw netted a single tally for N-Trip, which was out-shot 25-3.

Fernando Furioso had two goals and two assists to lead the Tribunes.

The Thunderwolves await Wednesday night's annual Region III Division III postseason seeding meeting to learn its playoff fate.
