Wolves battle, but lose twice to ranked opponents

Niagara County Community College dropped a pair of Region III games to ranked opponents this past weekend. The Thunderwolves were stout defensively in both games, but could not muster enough offense in the setbacks. N-Trip fell to 0-10-1 overall and 0-9-0 in regional play.

Freshman Landan Rees made five saves in net, but the Lazers overcame a 1-0 halftime deficit with four goals over the final 30 minutes.
