SUNY Niagara shut out by Hornets

Visiting SUNY Niagara dug itself a four-goal deficit at the half and could not recover as it dropped a 6-0 decision to Region III foe SUNY Broome on Thursday afternoon. The Thunderwolves fell to 0-7-1 both overall and in regional play.

The Thunderwolves, who played down a couple starters, were out-shot 16-5. Freshman Quinn Walton was credited with 10 saves in the loss. 

SUNY Niagara returns to action at Noon Sat. when it plays rival Erie Community College at Nardin Academy.
