Niagara County Community College notched a pair of Region III Western Division victories over visiting Genesee Community College on Sunday. The Thunderwolves are now 7-3 in divisional games, while the Cougars fell to 2-6.

Freshman Lydia Serrano went the distance, allowing just six hits and four earned runs in the win. She also had eight strikeouts. Classmate Morgan Allis was 2-for-2 with a triple and two RBIs and the freshmen tandem of Makayla Montes and Maddie Burr scored two runs each.

Freshman Hannah Duderwick went 3-for-4 with six RBIs as the T-Wolves erupted for 19 hits. Freshman Jordan Dixon was 3-for-5 with two RBIs, Serrano went 3-for-4, freshman Alyssa Winstanley knocked in three runs and Allis was 1-for-2 with a triple, two RBIs and four runs scored.
