SUNY Niagara earned a split with visiting Finger Lakes Community College in a Region III doubleheader on Thursday afternoon.
The Thunderwolves improved to 2-15 overall and 2-5 in regional contests.
Next up for the T-Wolves is a doubleheader at Jefferson Community College. First pitch is at 1 p.m. Saturday.

Freshman Quinn Manth was 4-for-4 with two doubles, an RBI and two runs scored in the setback. Classmate Caitlyn Hanley went 3-for-4 with two RBIs and fellow frosh Isabella Christopher was 3-for-4 with an RBI.

Manth stayed hot, finishing 4-for-5 with three RBIs and four runs scored. Sophomore Camryn Smith was 3-for-3 with five RBIs, Christopher went 3-for-4 with three RBIs and Hanley had two hits and two RBIs. Sophomore Rylee VanNostrand and freshman Jordan Shaffer each went 2-for-3 with three runs scored.
