No. 8 CCBC Essex beats T-Wolves

Niagara County Community College was plagued by 34 turnovers as it dropped an 89-51 decision to No. 8 CCBC Essex at Cecil College on Saturday afternoon.

The Thunderwolves fell to 8-3 overall, while the Knights are now 11-0.

Freshman Ashley Tucker had 14 points and seven rebounds to lead an NCCC offense, which was held nearly 30 points below its average. Sophomore Alaina Forbes netted 11 points in the loss.

Patricia Anumgba had a game-high 31 points for CCBC Essex.

N-Trip returns home for a non-conference tilt vs. Finger Lakes CC at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.
