Niagara County Community College built up a 25-point lead after three quarters on its way to an 84-65 road win over WVU Potomac State College on Friday evening.
The Thunderwolves improved to 8-2 overall, while the Catamounts - who were receiving votes in the latest NJCAA Div. II poll - fell to 10-2.
NCCC freshman Brianna Beebe led a balanced effort with 13 points and seven rebounds. Sophomore Alaina Forbes, meanwhile, stuffed the stat sheet with 12 points, six boards, four assists and three steals.
Also for N-Trip, which notched 17 offensive rebounds in the win, freshman Gabrielle McDuffie had 12 points and six rebounds and freshman Kiya Marquez added 10 points and five boards.
Alexis Yanosky had a game-high 28 points for Potomac State.
The T-Wolves have a quick turnaround at 3 p.m. Saturday when they take on eighth-ranked and unbeaten CCBC Essex.
