T-Wolves tripped up by visiting Hawks

Niagara County Community College had its six-match win streak snapped after a 10-1 loss to visiting and nationally-ranked Mohawk Valley Community College on Sunday afternoon. 

NCCC will now wait for its postseason seeding after finishing its Region III Division III slate with a 7-2 mark. The Hawks, ranked No. 3 in the latest NJCAA Div. III poll, are now 9-0.

In the loss, N-Trip freshman Kara Seguin netted a goal off a pass from classmate Georgia Dammann

Returning NJCAA Div. III All-American Reilly Rich had four goals and two assists to lead MVCC.

The Thunderwolves wrap up the regular season at Noon Sunday when they travel to NJCAA Div. I opponent Monroe Community College.
