Lazers take down host NCCC

Host Niagara County Community College played several players down and suffered a tough 10-0 setback to Region III front-runner Onondaga Community College on Saturday afternoon. The Thunderwolves fall to 1-8 overall and 1-7 in regional play.

NCCC sophomore goalkeeper A'layha Carter made 11 saves, but it wasn't nearly enough as the T-Wolves were out-shot 21-2. Brenna Mast had four goals and two assists to lead a potent OCC offense that included five different goal scorers.

N-Trip forfeited Sunday's game at Mohawk Valley Community College due to a lack of players. It will return to the pitch at 6 p.m. Wednesday for a non-conference match at Roberts Wesleyan University's JV team.
