Niagara County Community College was swept in three sets by host Erie Community College in a Western New York Athletic Conference matchup on Thursday night at the Burt Flickinger Center. The scores were 25-15, 25-9 and 25-20 in favor of the Kats. NCCC, meanwhile, fell to 1-5 overall and 1-1 in WNYAC contests.
N-Trip freshman Maggie Monachino had four kills and six assists in the setback, while classmate Camri King added eight assists, three blocks and two service aces.
The Thunderwolves have a quick turnaround as they take on Finger Lakes Community College and host Monroe Community College in Region III pod action beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday.
