Host Niagara County Community College shot a blistering 46 percent from the field on its way to a 90-67 victory and season sweep of Western New York Athletic Conference foe Jamestown Community College on Wednesday night.
The No. 15 Thunderwolves improved to 24-5 overall and 8-0 in WNYAC play, while the Jayhawks fell to 2-24, 0-8.
NCCC freshman guards Justin Hendrick and Jamond Jones split 34 points evenly with Hendrick notching five rebounds and Jones adding four boards.
Also for N-Trip, freshman Aaron Miller finished with 14 points and eight rebounds and classmate Lamar Lovelace chipped in 10 points.
Gonzalo Luque had 16 points to lead JCC.
The T-Wolves close out the regular season at 6 p.m. Friday when longstanding local rival Erie Community College visits the Sanborn campus.
