Thunderwolves clip Corning

SUNY Niagara had five players in double figures as it knocked off host Corning Community College, 98-90, in non-conference action late Wednesday night. The Thunderwolves, ranked No. 14 in the latest NJCAA Div. II poll, are now 12-0 overall. 

Freshman guard Chioke Marshall had a team-high 17 points off the bench. He added seven rebounds for the T-Wolves, who collected 24 offensive boards as a team.

Sophomore Camron Dyer finished with a double-double of 16 points and 13 rebounds and classmate Jamyier Patton had 16 points and seven boards.

Also for SUNY Niagara, sophomore Jalen Duff netted 15 points and freshman Reggie Smith Jr. added 11 points and five boards. 

The Thunderwolves return to action at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 13 for a highly-anticipated home matchup vs. Henry Ford College.
