SUNY Niagara bats are quiet vs. TC3

SUNY Niagara dropped a Region III doubleheader to Tompkins-Cortland Community at Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex this past Sunday. The Thunderwolves are now 0-6 overall and 0-6 in regional play. Next up is a twinbill at rival Erie Community College. First pitch is set for 2 p.m. Thursday.

Sophomore Alexis Ridley had the T-Wolves' lone hit, while freshman Morgan Szpilewski notched a stolen base. Freshman Saige Friedl went the distance in the circle.

Tompkins-Cortland CC 10, SUNY Niagara 4

Freshman Camryn Smith was 2-for-4 with a triple and two runs scored and sophomore Alexis Glemb finished 2-for-4 with an RBI. Freshman Julianna Miller pitched all seven innings and was charged with just six earned runs. She also had an RBI.
